Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
Returns
We offer a hassle-free return policy for all our products, provided:
- The product is unused.
- Original tags, packaging, and condition are intact.
Ways to Return Your Product
- Pick-Up Service:
- ○ Available in most locations.
- ○ Email us about the return, and we will confirm pick-up availability within 72 hours.
- ○ During pick-up, our delivery agent may conduct a quality check.
- Self-Ship:
- ○ If pick-up is unavailable in your area, you’ll need to ship the product yourself.
- ○ Use a reliable courier service and pack securely to prevent damage during transit.
Important Notes on Returns:
- A store coupon will be issued after the product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes a quality check.
- If the product fails the quality check, it will be shipped back to you.
- For self-shipped returns:
- ○ Shipping costs (up to ₹80) will be reimbursed as a store coupon if your return adheres to our policy.
- ○ Share the courier receipt image with us for validation.
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Refunds for COD orders are issued only as store coupons.

Exchanges
You can exchange your purchased item for:

Cancellations
We accept cancellations only if requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
